My journey began as a mobile developer specializing in iOS and Android applications for major brands. As I transitioned into a CTO role at a growing startup, I quickly discovered the reality of small, agile teams: versatility isn't optional—it's essential. I found myself wearing multiple hats daily, managing everything from technical estimates and offer reviews to assisting with design, educating clients, leading development, overseeing project management, and ensuring quality through to delivery.

This multi-disciplinary experience expanded exponentially when I became an entrepreneur. Development work became just 30% of my responsibilities, while the remaining 70% encompassed marketing, accounting, product design, machine learning engineering, leadership, recruitment, customer support, user research, analytics, content creation, and business strategy. Each role provided invaluable insights into how businesses truly operate—and more importantly, where they struggle.

Through continuous technology research and a deep passion for leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency, I recognized a pattern: businesses were drowning in process inefficiencies they couldn't see or didn't have time to address. This realization made my evolution into a Process & Automation Architect not just logical, but inevitable. Today, I combine technical expertise with business acumen to help organizations uncover hidden friction and implement AI-powered (or not) solutions that transform operations.
